Refund & withdrawal policy

Atnaujinta / Updated: 2026-07-02

This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for question packs, credits and subscriptions.

1. Digital service and the 14-day withdrawal right

Question packs and credits are access to a digital service. Consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw. By buying a question pack or credits you agree the service may begin immediately. A question pack is valid for the window stated before purchase (e.g. 30 or 90 days); 1 question covers a full answer plus up to 3 follow-up questions in the same conversation.

2. Unused questions and credits — refundable (14 days)

UNUSED questions and credits bought in the last 14 days are refunded with no reason needed. Start a refund in your account or by email at [email protected]. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe or Montonio.

3. Used questions and credits — non-refundable

Questions or credits already USED (an answer was delivered) are non-refundable, because the service was performed and you consented to immediate performance.

4. Technical failure or no answer

If a technical error means no answer is delivered, or the system “cannot answer”, the question or credit is automatically returned to your balance — you are not charged.

5. Service not as described

If the service materially fails to match its description (e.g. presenting a repealed act as in force) you are entitled to a re-run or a credit refund. Disagreement with a correctly-grounded answer is not, by itself, a ground for refund.

6. Subscription

You can cancel anytime — access continues to the end of the paid period; the current period is not refunded. Monthly credits granted with a subscription follow the pack-refund rule only if unused and within 14 days.

7. How to request and disputes

Send requests to [email protected]. We respond within a reasonable time. Disputes may be resolved via the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or the EU platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Model withdrawal form

To withdraw from the contract for unused questions or credits you may use this form (optional): “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of UAB rm7 question packs or credits. Ordered on: …. Name: …. Address / email: …. Date: ….” Send it by email to [email protected].

The binding version of these terms is the Lithuanian one. Versions in other languages are provided for convenience only; in case of conflict, the Lithuanian version prevails.
