Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service — information, not legal advice

The service provides automatically retrieved legal INFORMATION with references to official legislation and case law. It is NOT legal advice and does not create a lawyer–client relationship.

Answers are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Verify against primary sources and consult a qualified lawyer before acting.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. The service is intended for users aged 18 or over.

3. Pricing: question packs and credits

Paid features are charged in QUESTIONS, bought as question packs. 1 question = one full answer with sources plus up to 3 follow-up questions in the same conversation. Each pack is valid for its stated window (e.g. 30 or 90 days) — the validity period and price are shown before purchase; unused questions expire at the end of the window. Unused questions are refundable within 14 days of purchase; used questions are non-refundable, as the service is performed immediately with your consent (see Section 6). Current prices are shown in the interface before you submit.

The legacy CREDIT terms apply only to credits purchased before July 2026: 1 credit = €0.50; a full answer costs a set number of credits (e.g. 10) and a follow-up turn fewer (e.g. 3); such credits do not expire sooner than 12 months after purchase.

4. Subscription

A subscription grants a monthly allotment of questions (or, before July 2026, credits) at a better rate. It is NOT unlimited access. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (card payments) and Montonio Finance UAB (bank-link payments). We never see or store your card or bank credentials.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use the service immediately you consent to immediate performance and lose the withdrawal right for questions or credits already USED. UNUSED questions and credits are refundable per the Refund Policy within 14 days of purchase.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, overload it, scrape it in bulk, resell answers as legal advice, or infringe third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

Legislation and court-decision texts are public. The interface, search system and answer presentation belong to the provider. You may use answers for your own purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. The provider is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the information. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights).

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

11. Changes to terms and prices

We may change the terms and prices; material changes will be announced in advance and will not apply retroactively to already-purchased packs or credits.

12. Governing law and disputes

Lithuanian law applies. Consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). This does not limit the right to go to court.

The binding version of these terms is the Lithuanian one. Versions in other languages are provided for convenience only; in case of conflict, the Lithuanian version prevails.
