PPWR — 26 straipsnis

Straipsnio tekstas

26 straipsnis Su daugkartinėmis pakuotėmis susijusios pareigos 1. Ekonominės veiklos vykdytojai, valstybės narės teritorijoje pirmą kartą rinkai tiekiantys daugkartines pakuotes, užtikrina, kad toje valstybėje narėje būtų įdiegta tokių pakuočių pakartotinio naudojimo sistema, kurioje būtų numatyta paskata užtikrinti tų pakuočių surinkimą ir kuri atitiktų VI priede nustatytus reikalavimus. Laikoma, kad tie ekonominės veiklos vykdytojai tenkina šios dalies reikalavimus, jei jie naudojasi valstybėse narėse jau įdiegtomis pakartotinio naudojimo sistemomis. 2. Tos sistemos atitikties tiems reikalavimams pagal šio straipsnio 1 dalį aprašas parengiamas kaip daugkartinių pakuočių techninių dokumentų, teiktinų pagal 11 straipsnio 3 dalį, dalis. Tuo tikslu fizinis gamintojas prašo sistemos dalyvių pateikti atitinkamus raštiškus patvirtinimus, kaip nustatyta VI priede.
