97 straipsnis Komisijos ataskaitos 1. Ne vėliau kaip 2020 m. gegužės 25 d. ir vėliau kas ketverius metus Komisija teikia Europos Parlamentui ir Tarybai šio reglamento vertinimo ir peržiūros ataskaitas. Ataskaitos skelbiamos viešai. 2. Atlikdama 1 dalyje nurodytus įvertinimus ir peržiūras, Komisija visų pirma išnagrinėja, kaip taikomos ir kaip veikia: a) V skyriaus nuostatos dėl asmens duomenų perdavimo į trečiąsias valstybes arba tarptautinėms organizacijoms, ypatingą dėmesį skiriant sprendimams, priimtiems pagal šio reglamento 45 straipsnio 3 dalį, ir sprendimams, priimtiems remiantis Direktyvos 95/46/EB 25 straipsnio 6 dalimi; b) VII skyriaus nuostatos dėl bendradarbiavimo ir nuoseklumo. 3. 1 dalies tikslu Komisija gali prašyti valstybių narių ir priežiūros institucijų pateikti informaciją. 4. Atlikdama 1 ir 2 dalyse nurodytą vertinimą ir peržiūrą, Komisija atsižvelgia į Europos Parlamento, Tarybos, taip pat kitų svarbių įstaigų ar šaltinių nuomones ir išvadas. 5. Prireikus Komisija pateikia tinkamus pasiūlymus iš dalies pakeisti šį reglamentą, visų pirma atsižvelgdama į informacinių technologijų raidą ir informacinės visuomenės pažangą.
