89 straipsnis Apsaugos priemonės ir nukrypti leidžiančios nuostatos, susijusios su duomenų tvarkymu archyvavimo tikslais viešojo intereso labui, mokslinių ar istorinių tyrimų tikslais arba statistiniais tikslais 1.
