80 straipsnis Jau sumokėto importo muito sumos atėmimas 1. Jeigu pagal 79 straipsnio 1 dalį atsiranda skola muitinei, susijusi su prekėmis, išleistomis į laisvą apyvartą taikant su jų galutiniu vartojimu susijusią sumažintą importo muito normą, iš skolą muitinei atitinkančios importo muito sumos atimama importo muito suma, sumokėta išleidžiant prekes į laisvą apyvartą. Pirma pastraipa taikoma ir tada, kai atsiradusi skola muitinei yra susijusi su laužu ir atliekomis, likusiais sunaikinus tokias prekes. 2. Jeigu pagal 79 straipsnio 1 dalį atsiranda skola muitinei, susijusi su prekėmis, kurioms įforminta laikinojo įvežimo procedūra iš dalies neapmokestinant jų importo muitu, pagal dalinio neapmokestinimo tvarką sumokėta importo muito suma atimama iš skolą muitinei atitinkančios importo muito sumos. 2 skirsnis Eksporto skola muitinei
