31 straipsnis Įgaliojimų delegavimas Komisijai pagal 284 straipsnį suteikiami įgaliojimai priimti deleguotuosius aktus, siekiant nustatyti: a) 28 straipsnio 2 dalyje nurodytus atvejus, kai palankaus sprendimo, kurio adresatai – keli asmenys atšaukimas gali galioti ne tik tam asmeniui, kuris nevykdo tuo sprendimu nustatytos pareigos, bet ir kitiems asmenims; b) išimtinius atvejus, kai muitinė gali atidėti sprendimo atšaukimo arba dalinio pakeitimo įsigaliojimo datą pagal 28 straipsnio 4 dalies antrą pastraipą.
