52 straipsnis Nepriklausomumas 1. Atlikdama savo užduotis pagal šį reglamentą ir naudodamasi savo įgaliojimais, kiekviena priežiūros institucija veikia visiškai nepriklausomai. 2. Kiekvienos priežiūros institucijos narys arba nariai, atlikdami savo užduotis ir naudodamiesi savo įgaliojimais pagal šį reglamentą, nepatiria nei tiesioginės, nei netiesioginės išorės įtakos ir neprašo bei nepriima jokių nurodymų. 3.
